I couldn't find a common promo page for this, but it's on the Special Offers pages for a number of European hotels.
Stay longer, save more
Offers are valid for stays between January 1st and August 31st 2009.
Stay 2 nights save 20%
Stay 3 nights save 30%
Stay 4 (or more) nights save 40%
Limited time offers, reservations must be made before February 16th 2009.
It may take a while to load the complete list all at once, but there is a link to "view all participating hotels."
Note that MOST resorts have similar promo codes that require longer stays.
B5E = 20% off of 5 nights
B6E = 30% off of 6 nights
B7E = 40% off of 7 nights
Real life examples for a 4-night stay across Valentine's Day weekend in Paris:
€101.40 per night at the Le Meridien Etoile!
€222 average per night at the Westin Paris!
2 night rate plan code: C2E
3 night rate plan code: C3E
4 night rate plan code: C4E
Links are found on participating hotels' Special Offers page. Examples:
Le Méridien Etoile
Le Méridien Montparnasse
Hotel Prince de Galles
and all other hotels in Paris.
Le Méridien Vienna
Sheraton Offenbach Hotel
Palace Hotel, Copenhagen
The Westin Dublin
Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center
Doing the math, this is an interesting offer because adding a 4th night is only 14% more than the total cost of a 3-night stay. See the following example:
If 1 night were €100,
2 nights would be €160 total.
3 nights would be €210 total.
4 nights would be €240 total.
Though not mentioned in the promo, you can book more than 4 nights and get 40% off of all of them! That makes this (theoretically) better than Z4H, Z5H, and Z6H promos. In some cases, you'll find that these rates are better than the Z3H rates because they are apparently sometimes based on different starting prices. And while these rates do have cancellation penalties, at least some are just a 1 night penalty.
Expedia.com is also offering it directly from their usual rate engine, though it isn't found on spg.com directly through the usual SPG rate engine. SPG won't honor a BRG claim for the Expedia price since they do offer the rate themselves -- if you know where to look to find it. To make it a little more confusing, the cancellation deadline's a little better on Expedia and the prices are quoted in US Dollars on Expedia. That said, searching Expedia.com might reveal some promos that spg.com won't automatically reveal.

Reason: Added official link and the resort codes
Man, I am having a really tough time finding this special. It must be something really sparsely offered. I tried with every hotel in Italy, Malta, Greece, and Switzerland. Hmmmph
Add to the following to the list of participating properties for C2E and C3E promos. (Not all participate in C4E, but you can book more than 3 nights on the C3E promo rate.)
The Westin Europa & Regina, Venice Hotel Gritti Palace, Venice
Hotel Danieli, Venice
Sheraton Frankfurt Hotel & Towers
Sheraton Krakow Hotel
Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa
Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa
Sheraton Stockholm Hotel
Sheraton Belgravia Hotel, London
Hotel Pulitzer, Amsterdam

This is an interesting promotion. I decided to analyze it today for the Loyalty traveler blog. So far I have looked at a dozen hotels and I have not seen any reference to February 16 as the end date for reservation bookings.
I have not seen a book by date to get this special rate in the terms and conditions of any of the hotels I checked offering this deal.
SC Flier - what hotel property mentioned a booking deadline?

See the Special Offers page for the LM Etoile via the link in the first post.

But then you wouldn't get SPG benefits. And at least IME, they won't honor this with the BRG since they also offer the same rate. But if simply securing a date is important with the risk of not being able to reconfirm later as an official SPG reservation (or for someone without elite status), then this might be good for many people.

LM Etoile is 132 EUR for May by using the posted link. Tried C4E but only offer 3 nights and the 4th night rate was not listed anywhere? Confusing.
Yes, I'm confused by your post.
I picked a somewhat random 4-day range and tried it out with C4E:
May 7-11
First night is €114
Last 3 nights are €105
Average Daily Rate: €107.25
For ALL of May in one big consecutive stay:
May 1 - 31
ADR: €124.70
This is actually pretty cool because we can't normally get a rate calendar for a property all at once on spg.com! But in this case, if the room is available for the entire period of time, I can query an entire month in one fell swoop!
Here's the LM Etoile's C4E price calendar for May for a Classic Room with 2 Single Beds:
Code:
May 01 = 105 May 16 = 123
May 02 = 105 May 17 = 123
May 03 = 105 May 18 = 114
May 04 = 114 May 19 = 114
May 05 = 114 May 20 = 114
May 06 = 114 May 21 = 105
May 07 = 114 May 22 = 105
May 08 = 105 May 23 = 105
May 09 = 105 May 24 = 105
May 10 = 105 May 25 = 138
May 11 = 138 May 26 = 138
May 12 = 138 May 27 = 144
May 13 = 138 May 28 = 144
May 14 = 138 May 29 = 285
May 15 = 123 May 30 = 123

WOW - That's amazing deal. When did they open the Club lounge? I've stayed there last year & had to pay (a lot) for the breakfast.
I had to call them and they told me that they now have a lounge. Opened somewhen in December. But club floor rooms are as of today not bookable online, because of an IT issue. Nevertheless they promised me to fix it.
By the way 72 € is for a classic room. Club floor rooms should be something like 225 € (without c4e).
