Sheraton Park Tower London
Booked a Classic Room on our corporate rate, upgraded to a Panoramic Room on the 15th floor.
Usual upgrade here is to the Executive rooms, so I'm guessing it is relatively quiet here tonight. The Panoramic Rooms have better toiletries and are on a higher floor, otherwise that's about it though.
Sheraton Stockholm: booked a standard room using C&P and got upgraded to an enormous corner executive suite. must be 750 sq ft. nicely furnished living room, dining room, and bedroom. Took advantage of the early check-in at 12:30 pm. Fantastic stay and upgrade. Sheraton Stockholm ROCKS!
Booked cheapest room, upgraded to ~750 sq ft "Royal Mughal Suite" (1 bedroom + living room). Very nice suite in the new addition to the hotel. Breakfast included, cocktails, etc.
Sheraton Libertador Buenos Aires. Booked cheap corporate rate, upgraded to "Presidential" suite: through-floor, huge bedroom and living room, bathroom with sauna, hot tub, powerful shower that almost knocked me into the wall first time I tried it. Good location too. However the "welcome" email I got didn't have any recognition of status, offered to "upgrade" to club floor for $US40 a night, so I sent a note to the property.
Sheraton red deer-jacuzzi suite
Sheraton Four Points Edmonton-no suites available-under reno's
Sheraton Four Points Mississauga-suite
Westin Prince-Executive suite
Note: Since I have been assigned my ambassador-and she is awesome-my upgrades are now visible and confirmed under my "stays" for each hotel. They are out almost a month now
Checked into Le Meridien early afternoon January 2 for a 5-night stay. Was booked into a deluxe room, which is what I was given at check-in. However, I had checked online about 30 minutes earlier, and saw that it was possible to book two "Prestige Suites" for the 5-night period. I pointed this out, and the agent said that nothing was available for the five nights. I persisted. Someone else came over to help and said that I would have to change rooms during the stay if I wanted a suite. I asked if someone booking either of the available suites would need to do that.
After all of this haggling--the most annoying thing about getting this benefit of Platinum status--we were given room 815. It was a two-room suite that looked as though it had not been renovated. I'm not sure if it was a "Prestige Suite," but we were happy with it.

I should probably declare GA residency this month with the number of days I'm down there...
1/5-1/13 (originally 1/10)
Booked a Wonderful room on a Corp rate, got a Fantastic Suite. Last-minute travel drama exploded, had to extend to the 13th, and my rockstar Plat Concierge kept me in my room, even with the hotel oversold. Sent SPG Corp an email honouring her talent as my fairy godmother.

Booked a Wonderful Corp room from the airport as my flight wasn't looking good, and I volunteered off, got a Spectacular. I was pushing hard for the E-WOW upgrade as I was barely going to be on-prem for 6 hours, with no luck (maybe they were scared I'd stay).

Booked a Wonderful Corp room, and am already upgraded to a Marvelous suite.
While I may have some gripes about the property, they sure are doing well trying to keep me happy.
Booked cheapest room, upgraded to 1 of 3 suites. Previous guest did late checkout, so I was given another room for the day when I checked in at 10 AM. Great 4P property.
