Earn 100 SPG Points while you Save The Earth (Updated: Points Posting)

Just got the news release that SPG is participating, again, in "Earth Hour" for 2011.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Mar 07, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Starwood is switching off on March 26 - but just for one hour, and for a great cause.

................

For the first time, Starwood Preferred Guest - Starwood's award-winning loyalty program - invites guests to take part in Earth Hour and will award 100 Starpoints to every member who registers at www.spg.com/earthhourpledge.

Since we'll be on a plane during the specified hour, this'll be an easy pledge to keep.

The link is working, was able to register myself and a few other people. Great way to get 100 starpoints which are valued much more than the 100 AA miles from last weeks facebook promotion. I have included the promotion on my blog: http://dealswelike.com/2011/03/07/10...arwood-points/

Enjoy!

Exactly what I was thinking! Maybe Captain Denny can turn off the power, and have us glide

Thanks, OP!
