Not that I like CA, but this is a looooong direct flight:

CA 907 PEK-MAD-GRU
CA 908 GRU-MAD-PEK

P.S.: Can we bring the airlines in alphabetical order?

I added to the list the Feb. 1st changes to SQ cancelling their n/s to CPT and making it a 1-stop in JNB. Discussed here and here.

This doesn't really change anything as the n/s CPT-SIN was one coupon and now the 1-stop CPT-xJNB-SIN will still be one coupon.

I'm not sure if VN is linked to any RTW fares, but they have

VN 841 HAN-VTE-PNH-SGN
VN 840 SGN-PNH-VTE-HAN

Please, correct me if I'm wrong:
using one coupon for multiplo sector also counts less miles.
For instance DEN-ORD-LHR (UA938/UA938)total 4856 miles but when I add to my RTW (using RTW calculator) it shows 4678 miles. Or DEN-IAD-LHR (UA918/UA918) total 5145 miles and counts also 4678 miles.

Correct. It's good for the purposes of keeping your RTW w/in a certain mileage level, but obviously the tradeoff is that you earn less miles.

There is also a trap in relying on these. If you need to make date changes and the new date doesn't have the single flight number available and maxed out on coupons and/or mileage it is a real pain to rework within the rules.
