However, I wonder if you wouldn´t like to update the links to the RTW rules on your first post, you are still linking to the May 1, 2008 rules, what have been changed in the meantime at least three times, IIRC. The latest one what I know is from May 29, 2009, the link should be: *A RTW rules - from NZ (effective 29 May 2009).
Each FFP has it's own chart (and own award rules). Hagbard Viking did a comparison between FFPs, but I don't think it has been updated in a long time.
A few years ago I started an spreadsheet tool comparing awards on selected programs, but the vast differences in rules make it very complicated and the tool did not get finished.
Where could I find the latest Star RTW price comparison spreadsheet / overview?
Sadly the link for "January 2009 RTW prices" in the first post does not work anymore.

Unfortunately, the nice tools hasn´t been updated since February´09 and is not valid anymore since there were several price changes up to now.
Therefore you could use the RTW online tool to try your possible options of starting locations or ask somebody here for advice on certain locations for your desired booking class Y/C/F and RTW mileage #1 ... #3.
