It means South African is not yet in *A. You need to check your program to see whether SAA is a partner. There's a link in the opening post to *A FFP partners, which I think is up to date.

I'm debatting if I'll stay with AP for 2007-2008. I do, however really appreciate *A. Hence my dilemma, if I'm to change airline without having to rebuilt my status with the new airline, which *A airlines would offer status match for an AP Elite?
I've tried US a few times and loved it, but, since I'm travelling 50/50 between overseas and local/US any airlines would do assuming it meets my travel plans...
