Reduction in SQ award space on BNE-SIN
SQ business class award seats are limited to regional-configured A330s & B772s for ANA & *A partners. With the introduction of A350s to serve BNE, it means ANA members can expect a further reduction in available Business class award seats between Australia/NZ and Singapore.
Singapore Airlines in today’s schedule update (15AUG17) adjusted planned operational aircraft for Singapore – Brisbane route, which sees gradual introduction of A350-900XWB operation starting mid-October 2017. http://www.routesonline.com/news/38/airlineroute/274294/singapore-airlines-nw17-brisbane-service-changes/

If SQ is replacing its A330s with A350s, then ANA members no longer have access to business class award seats on Australian routes when using ANA miles on SQ metal.
