Use A3 miles to upgrade SK ticket?
The question is simple (naive?) enough but I can't seem to find an answer: can I use Aegean miles to upgrade an SAS ticket?

Typically only on very expensive fares. In fact, upgradeable fares are often higher than purchasing Business Class in the first place.

So how would one go about doing this? Do I just call SAS reservations? Or do I call Aegean?

Rather than use A3 miles you should use the Plusgrade online tool on SK.com. Very reasonable price for (paid) upgrades but will not be confirmed until 48 hours before the flight.
