AVE trains to get Wifi service by the end of the year

Good news, especially for foreign travelers that may not have data plans. From the sounds of it, I'm still better off just tethering my phone connection but knowing you can get wifi at any main train station (including cercanías) is a good help for travelers.

The Spanish version of the article also mentions that they are planning on using a bring your own device entertainment system as well which will also be very welcome as opposed to being forced to watch whatever DVD they decide to put in and being forced to watch the dub into Spanish.
