Free flights within the Azorean islands

The government is liberalizing the airline market in the Azorean islands. They opened up Ponta Delgada (PDL) to anyone that wants to fly there (before it was mostly just SATA and TAP) and are now trying to promote tourism.

So you can do inter-island hopping for FREE! That's right, absolutely free!
More Info

As long as you don't spend more than 24 hours at the gateway (which can also be TER), SATA Air Açores will give you a free ticket to and from the destination, you just need to provide proof of booking.

You can reserve the flights here: http://encaminhamentos.sata.pt
