Best places to eat solo in Lisbon, Seville, and Madrid?

Hi,
I'm headed on a trip on Friday and am looking for some recommendations of great places to eat in Lisbon, Seville, and Madrid? I love seafood and most other things! I'll be eating solo so I'm looking for suggestions of places where I can comfortably sit at the bar to eat and drink and still feel like I'm a part of the scene. Also, I'll be in Seville on my birthday (alone ) so I'd love to find a great flamenco show to go to that's not too touristy. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Also, I'll be in Morocco (Rabat, Marrakesh, Fes, Tangier) so any recommendations there would be great as well. Silly as it is, I'm dying to ride a camel!

The threads I found while searching were all pretty old and outdated so I was hoping for some fresher info on new places to eat. I'll keep searching FT.

In Madrid, I've had several great lunches by myself at Terra Mundi.

Only €10.50 (€12 at weekends) for the menú del día - three courses including wine.
