Best places to eat solo in Lisbon, Seville, and Madrid?
Hi,
I'm headed on a trip on Friday and am looking for some recommendations of great places to eat in Lisbon, Seville, and Madrid? I love seafood and most other things! I'll be eating solo so I'm looking for suggestions of places where I can comfortably sit at the bar to eat and drink and still feel like I'm a part of the scene. Also, I'll be in Seville on my birthday (alone :() so I'd love to find a great flamenco show to go to that's not too touristy. Any thoughts? Thanks! |

Do a search on this forum. This question has been asked about Seville and for Lisbon.

The threads I found while searching were all pretty old and outdated so I was hoping for some fresher info on new places to eat. I'll keep searching FT.

Lisbon:
Pabe, Solar dos Presuntos, Adega das Gravatas, 33, XL, Bica do sapato Madrid: Kabuki, Casa Lucio, El Paraguas, Club Allard, La Tasquita de enfrente, Sobrino de Botin, La Bola, La Manduca, Astrid y Gastón, Nikkei 225, La Daniela, Sal Gorda... |
In Madrid, I've had several great lunches by myself at Terra Mundi.
Only €10.50 (€12 at weekends) for the menú del día - three courses including wine. |
Thanks JuanRos and railways! I'll look into these places!
