Where to sell Travel Funds / Credits?

Apparently ebay cancels all listings of ticketless travel funds credits these days. Can anyone recommend a place to sell these credits? On ebay in the past I've bought (and sold) at 85% - 90% of full value, and right now I could use the cash more than my credits sitting there.

You might want to consider that ebay canceled them as selling miles and such is a violation of the program rules. Do a search and find all the posting about members who have had all of theirs confiscated.

Travel credits are dollars, not RR awards. Those dollars belong to the customer, not to Southwest. I don't know why ebay would want to cancel such auctions, since they don't violate any rules. Probably the ebay filter that is designed to detect RR auctions is alerting on one of the words you are using.

Buyers of ticketless funds are at risk of fraud, in that the funds can be recaptured by the seller. Also, if a fraudulent credit card was used to obtain the ticketless funds, Southwest will zero out the funds.

It should be noted that this risk can be greatly minimized by immediately rebooking the funds to a new reservation, creating a new locator and passenger name for the funds.

I have bought and sold funds on ebay in the past with no problem. I even talked to SWA about this and they said that this is perfectly legal. For some strange reason now, ebay canceled an auction I had selling funds. I don't understand why.

Try Craig's list. Be careful with whom you deal.
