Not getting my " Rapid Rewards Visa Card Save $20 on today's flight purchase"

Hi All,

Signed up for the SWA Visa Card, ended up getting the classic card. I had signed up via the "Rapid Rewards Visa Card Save $20 on today's flight purchase" link - which said I would see a credit on my bill for $20.

Got the bill, no credit. However, they did not charge me the annual fee of $39. This should have been charged on my first statement right?

I would rather have the fee waved since that is more, but wanted to see what was up, what should I do... could they charge me the fee later, then I would get nothing?

Mods feel free to move to CC forum, but thought this was best place.

Thanks!

Maybe the $20 credit was only for the Visa Signature card?

Wow. I think you are correct. Very lame.

The 8 Credits have posted. They have not charged me the annual fee. As long as I am not charged the fee, I will just leave it alone.

Franky, I have no desire to keep this card much longer, as I will not spend enough on it to make many RR credits. So in a few months, its going bye-bye!

Anyone with more info on this situation, the fees, credits, etc, feel free to contribute!

Thanks
