That's funny. When I saw the thread title, I thought it was about flight attendants wearing overly pleated pants and penny loafers.

The outfit as shown does not look offensive to me.

She should write to the airline, naming names including Keith as applicable, and asking for a $100. travel voucher for the embarassment.

The intent is to make some heads upstairs roll and to see some published dress guidelines appear.
