I booked an old award on May 16 for a family member (pax name different from RR member). The subject line is "Ticketless Travel Passenger Itinerary." That was for the copy addressed to me; I had the official receipt e-mail go to the pax.
The ones I did were yesterday, old-style RR award from last July 22, one for myself and one for my son (the award came from my account), each ticket was a one-way only.
Both had only "Ticketless Confirmation" as the subject line.
Looks like only the NEW Awards (cap. controlled) give you the Pass. Name and the Conf. # in the Subject line.
There's still an issue with the confirmation email for COMPANION PASS bookings. They still have only the subject "Ticketless Confirmation". If anyone from SW is reading, can the subject line for companion pass travel be improved to match award and regular travel?
And while I am asking, the other thing I would like to see in the subject line is the date.
There's a bug on southwest.com that's easy to reproduce.
1. Go to southwest.com and go through the process of reserving a ticket for two people, say.
2. When you get to the payment information screen, enter two passenger names, but not YOUR name.
3. Then click "Login" in the upper right (maybe to use your stored credit card, say) and login.
4. Notice that the first passenger name has changed to YOUR name!
The same thing happens when you click the button for reusing ticketless funds. It reverts the passenger name back to your name.
This is bad, because you can easily use the wrong name when booking a ticket -- and that's the one thing you can't change!! I did this in fact, and had to cancel and rebook when I discovered it later.
Allow CP holders to get BP on line as I had to go to the airport and check in to
receive my "c" BP which otherwise would of been an "a". Hovever this will be the last time I ever earn the CP so I really don't care personally.

In my experience, it's hit or miss - on two roundtrip flights, I was able to check in online, but the first (one-way) flight required the counter. I have a CP flight coming up in a few weeks and am curious to see if I'll be stuck at the counter or not.
