It's a pain to have to find your available travel funds. However, if you call SW and give them you're Credit Card number, they'lll find it a lot easier.

I would appreciate the ability to claim and save gift card funds in my MySouthwest account, a la Amazon.com, so I don't need to carry the cards in my wallet.

I wish you were right, BUT I did this to verify my list. They gave me 4 out of the 5 resev. with Ticketless funds attached. Missed one!!! And it took them 3-4 minutes on hold for them to find them. They said it was a very time consuming process - as they had to find and look at all my reservations and then check each one to see if Ticketless funds attached. This is terrible!
Someone said true of all GIFT card bought at stores, but there one can buy at counter there is no registration. With WN, they have your info in the computer already -- just need a good way to search the data and report to the owner. As, IMHO, 90% of Ticketless funds are those with a RR#, why not attach it to the RR# as a look up???

That time on hold cost them good money. I am quite certain they are working hard on making this available on-line.
1) ALL currently booked flite itins-- flites only--- not cars or rooms--- make them seperate requests
2) Modify the rebook feature-- so that any fare could be replaced by a ding
3) Display all PNR's with available unused funds-- and expiry date by FF and PW
Lately I have been making multi city trips--- with Ding fares on some legs and internet oneways or up on others -- always looking for the cheapest way to go --- i have rebought (and cancelled) some legs of a given trip---
Many times more than once-- if the fare falls--- i rebook
I have a 4 city trip booked for early Feb--- I have used the rebook feature (great enhancement BTW) to re-fare the internet one way and above leg fares--
But to replace an internet oneway or above with a Ding -- you must cancel the first fare and buy a new Ding---
you can do this thru 2 open SWA windows--- make sure the ding is available on the flites you want-- get to the Ding pay page--
Switch windows---
Cancel your prior itin.
Switch back to the Ding window-----
Buy the lower fared ding-- with your funds from cancelled itin
You end up with a small credit balance on the first init / confirm
It would be nice to see outstanding credits by FF Number and and Password-
And a method for easily converting existing tix/fares to Dings-- would be greatly appresciated

Maybe, but I have also heard from other FTers that they may make it difficult to find Tickeless Funds because when they expire, it is extra profit. Also I am sure many "forget" about these funds and, if they were linked to the FF#, SWA would not profit as much with "forgotten" Funds.
For many of us, like you, that travel a lot and switch tix often -- this would be a REAL IMPROVEMENT.
At some point in the booking process, show the flight duration, layover duration, and "thru" city stops. There is probably not enough room to show all of this info on the flight selection screen (maybe click on or hover over a flight to see more details, or maybe show on the next screen).
With flights departing at x:40 a.m. and landing at y:25 p.m. a few time zones away, it can be difficult to figure out each flight option in your head. It'd be helpful to know that, for say, DTW-SMF, routing A is 6 hours long and routing B is 9 hours long.
And if I know I'll be checking luggage, say an outfit to attend a wedding the next day, I might be more likely to choose the 2-hour BNA layover (or a multi-stop "thru" flight) rather than a 45-minute MDW connection, to make sure my luggage arrives with me that evening.
Southwest has implemented the first part of this suggestion. The flight selection screen now shows flight duration. (Still no info on thru cities or layover durations.)
A way to contact Customer Services or Rapid Rewards via email or a web page submission would be nice.
Corresponding via the Postal Service never worked well for me. I would say that on average when I did receive a response, it arrived approximately six weeks after my original letter was sent, but approximately 1/3 of the letters that I sent never received any response.
I don't fly WN any more due to the huge devaluation of the Rapid Rewards program, so this issue doesn't really affect me, but perhaps other WN fliers would find such a feature useful.
Allow EVERYONE to see all Rapid Rewards flights, both old and new capacity controlled, regardless of whether you have an award available!!
For example, on another airline, I was able to see that there were no cheap FF flights available on my dates for a future trip even though I didn't have sufficient miles, so I didn't move any additional miles from CC over.
Currently, you have to move the credits over, get an award, and hope and pray there is a flight available that you can use.
Not good for those of us that get most of our reward/FF trips with CC and partner points.

I agree that this part of the new award functionality was not fully thought out. There are many legitimate reasons why you would need to see CC availability before you have a new award in your account.
I would like to ability to show flights booked outside of southwest.com to be added to the profile. Many times if corporate travel books flights for me, they don't show up in booked flights. Although I am able to add my RR number, I still can not add the reservation to the upcoming flights on my profile.
The subject of the "Ticketless Confirmation" email should include a few differentiating details about the reservation, e.g. departure date and destination.
As it is, you end up with an Inbox full of emails with identical subject lines, with no way to tell them apart -- unless you open each one individually.
Similar comment for the "Ticketless Travel Passenger Itinerary" email.
Since the "Passenger Itinerary" can be someone else's itinerary, as well, I would suggest including the passenger name, as well:
"Southwest Itinerary SMITH/J 2006-04-14 OAK-LAX"
Let us add our RR number to an existing reservation.
Allow for a courtesy hold on capacity controlled RR tickets to allow time to transfer points from AMEX. Prehaps this should require a phone call and not be allowed online.
