For what it's worth, it's snowing and foggy at the airport, 33F.

Plane is evidently on grass, emergency crews on scene. Not clear if passenger aircraft or not, or if any injuries.

It is in fact a passenger aircraft. If you are on the plane, post pics/details here.

Not on the ground at DEN but looks to be a WN 737.
No injuries, per local media.

Fox News reporting aircraft slid off a taxiway, not a runway -

ABC news says the same thing - off a taxiway

Been listening to KDEN public safety audio feed after hearing the headline on the local news. All passengers were evacuated by stairs, and only one required assistance. No injuries. Sounds like a relatively minor incident.

As this concerns a Southwest aircraft, I'll move to that airline's Forum. Ocn Vw 1K, Moderator, TravelBuzz.

I hate it when the nosewheel of my aircraft goes running off on it's own.

"the nosewheel of the aircraft departed the taxiway. "

Best euphemism I've heard in a long time

Glad everyone is OK

No injuries.
Finally, lounge access for WN passengers. Sort of an extreme way to get it, but we can no longer say that WN will never allow lounge access.

Sounds like the pilot took the turn off the runway too fast and hit a patch of ice. Hasn't WN had other incidents at BUR and MDW where their pilots came in too "hot and fast" and couldn't stop? I fly WN all the time and it seems like their pilots can be a bit more aggressive during taxi than other carriers.
