DAL->MDW 8:30 PM
800 series
T-23ish
B-30 (my wife, no status) and A-17 (me, A-List)
This was a through flight and there were a lot of through passengers, so there were no C's despite the flight being full. Since we were at DAL, probably also some connecting passengers. Luckily, one of the "Love seat" pairs was available when I boarded and nobody else wanted to sit next to me.

Damn, that's impressive! I think we only got A once when we checked in T-24. But early B-slots were enough to score us Luv seats.

First time on Southwest in many years for this UA 1K. Clicked away at T-24, got A35 for tomorrow's (4/21) OAK-ABQ.

I almost always get an A. There have only been a couple of times when I got a B, and that was when I was late checking in. That A17 was a huge bonus though

I don't understand how this was assigned. Exactly 24 hours from flight time?! I have checked and re checked our flight details to make sure I'm not crazy and don't have a completely different flight than I thought. I don't think I've ever boarded with the C group before. Thank goodness we are traveling with our 2 year old and can board before B1 because this sucks!

Had a couple of cocktails and forgot to check in. Remembered about an hour late.
Got A40-41 for myself and wife for MEM-HOU tomorrow evening.
Figured I got lucky.
Cocktails were good.
Sitting on porch now, watching a thunderstorm with third cocktail in hand.
No complaints.

A couple people between me and Bus Select (A15- A19) had just purchased their tickets that morning and didn't have status.

My brother and his wife checked in for a Saturday morning BWI-ROC at T-24 and got their worst ever: B43 and B46
They still ended up in a middle and window in front of the exit row though.

1. A lot businessman fly from Denver to Detroit, same issue if you flight from SNA to PHX
2. Denver is a big hub so there is a lot of people fly from other airports to Detroit and stop over Denver so they check in much earlier than you
Most people check in at T24 however the worst case I got B20
