STL to PHX later today (9/11/09)
A-28.
Not bad, but something I used to manage to get for free at t24. I had A32 coming out to STL earlier this week.
What I observed outbound at PHX was a HUGE line at the upstairs WN print kiosks, all guys in business suits. This was a sign to me that many many people are buying EBCI..at T24 people would just print their pass from their computer most of the time. Less T24=Less home printouts=More kiosk lines at departure point. I also overheard a few confused folks stunned at pulling a B even though they were at T24.

Checked in at 4.15 pm for an 11:05 am STL - LAS flight tomorrow. I forgot to do it at t-24. WGA Fare.
BP A-18.
I guess EB was worth it. Now if they would only send me the drink tickets they never sent on my last reward

BWI-BNA, Sep 15 2009. A-20. EBCI worked for me! ETD is 7:35 AM, I forgot to check in in the morning, since I usually wake up around 7ish However, I checked in at 8:45 AM, and ended up with A-20, which is the highest position I've ever gotten. And, I bought the Early Bird thingie almost a week ago. I guess it works for some, not for others.

Very simply...until the gate attendants ENFORCE the numerical boarding procedure I would not waste $10 on this. Why pay $10 for them to let anyone and everyone on whenever they want?
Of course I'm A list so who cares! lol

Flew BDL-LAS this AM, and noticed two positive events relating to boarding.
1. The TSA "extra" inspection at the gate was performed today. Two TSA agents walked down the rows of A BP PRIOR to boarding, checking ID's. I did not see them pull anyone out of the line for more detailed bag check. No one lost their boarding spot. I guess SWA & TSA have discussed & improved the process.
2. The wife & I had A29 & A30. As we are walking up to the podium, the guy in front of us (A28, I guess) is joined by his wife, who did not line up during the TSA inspection, decides to join him. She had A39. The GA very nicely asked her to step over to the side and wait her turn. As I passed him, I thanked him quietly for enforcing the boarding order. He gave me a smile and said " We try".

Well, the hooked my sister and I have no clue on why she used it on a SEA->MDW flight. The MDW->SEA makes more sense as there are usually quite a few connecting passengers (judging by the higher a boarding pass she gets at T-24).
Anyway SEA-MDW leaving on 09/18 - EBCI resulted in A-25.
