I lost it. I called SWA and they just added my new flights and told me I had 6 credits but didn't tell me anything else.

I'm not sure, but try this. Go into the log-in page. At the account number box, type in a 0. Your browser should remember what you have typed in in the past and show it to you.

Try looking up the confirmation numbers the agent added to your account.It may be listed on the reservation.

Look up an old email confirmation for a flight -- should be on there if you used it then.
