Is companion notified when you add them to a booking?

Is companion notified when you add them to a booking?
If I add my companion to one of my bookings does it notify them in any way or show the booking when they log into their own personal RR account? I'm planning a surprise trip with my girlfriend and am wondering if she will see the booking anywhere once I add her. Thanks!
