137 Points Short of Companion Pass...

Does anyone know of a way for SW points to post within a day or two that actually count towards the companion pass? I've got a friend who has a flight next week and unfortunately is 137 points short of the companion pass. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

If I were in your [friend's] position, I would probably either transfer some fast-posting hotel points or try multiple other options (like the shopping portal and Rewards Network Dining) and hope at least one of them posts quickly.

137 points ain't much. Can't you just fly somewhere and back?

I would rent a car for $25 to get 600. Not sure which is posting fastest these days.

Or a hotel transfer. Or dining program.

I second the suggestion to do 4-5 small things hoping one of them hits in time. No guarantees, as far as I know

I rent from National all the time and elect for Southwest points and they usually post within 1 day of returning the car.
