Boy, the are all F'ed up. Seeder of .25 a few days ago did not post but a few minutes ago, 48 (3 SA's) went back and forth immediately.
But check out this math????
Your current Points balance:
952,541
-Total Points needed to create a reward flight:
-38,400
=If you create a new award, you will have these Points left over:
990,941
You have 48 credits. With an additional -38,400 points, you may create a reward flight.

On a family member's account, I converted 57600 points to Airtran. It gave an error message, so I hit refresh page. When the page refreshed they had NEGATIVE 50,000 points and Airtran posted the A+ credits both times.
We converted all 96 A+ rewards back to 6 Standard Awards. Slowly, over the course of a few months, that account is back up to a positive points balance.

Is this what it should look like after you transfer back? Both are 8+ credits transferred from Air Tran. I thought they would combine into one 16 credit SA or am I missing something?
Code:
Award From Transition Program Transition Award Terms and Conditions Award Type Award Number Expiration Standard Award #: AXXXXXXXXXXX Expires 10/26/2015 Standard Award #: AXXXXXXXXXXX Expires 10/26/2015

This is the way standard awards have always been. You needed 16 credits to get the award, but you got (2) 1-ways. This is much more useful than simply a round trip award. You can use them on 2 separate trips if you choose.

Did another .25 seeder transfer last night and it was instantaneous. Sent an email about the .25 that failed (but got a receipt for). No way I am dealing with the phone for 300 points. Had to spend 37 minutes with Jet Blue the other day to get a simple refund on a one way flight they cancelled on me back in July...

Just another datapoint:
I transferred 8+8 last night to 2-step extend a SA and neither appeared in my FL account. A ~15 minute call to customer relations got it straightened out (16 credits appeared in FL). Then I transferred back to SWA to complete the 2-step with extended expiration date.
On other accounts this morning, I completed a 2-step SA extension and created 2 .25 seeds without issue using the website.
So, I think the conversion website just randomly has issues.

I just transferred 2 one-ways that were going to expire in Dec. to and back from Airtran and it took just a few seconds. Have 2 one-ways now expiring Oct. 28, 2015.
.25 seed took a bit longer to show up back at WN, but only 2-3 minutes.

Yes, that is why I began that sentence with "On other accountS ..." No benefit to .50 in a single account that I know.
