Their awesome IT program was also trying to charge me for a seat assignment on an air tran flight as an A+. Don't think it's done that before

Did they actually try to charge you?

Going in through the Airtran.com seat prices are shown correctly (free for Elites, prices for non-Elites) but going in through Southwest.com seat pricing for for non-elites has always been shown but charges were not sh.own on the confirmation page.
