I am surprised -I honestly thought it had directs already. Sounds like a good move on WNs part.

I agree as well. Now, Lets' start expanding more specific new route from BOS-MCO/FLL/PBI/RSW/TPA/ATL/MSY and HOU/RDU/ABQ/LAX/SFO/SAN.Originally Posted by GRALISTAIR

There is no B6 presence at BNA. I wish there were.

JetBlue sort of irritates me. If you look at the route map, there is a great big huge hole in the middle of the country. Take out ORD, DEN and SLC and there are no great plains or mountain west cities. None. Flyover country for them is an operational definition.

Perhaps a "Blue" airline like JetBlue does not want to fly to predominantely "Red" states. Originally Posted by InkUnderNails

Tidbits: JetBlue CEO David Barger has donated $32,400 to Democrats and $19,650 to Republicans, while Southwest CEO Gary Kelly has donated $13,100 to Republicans and $6,000 to Democrats.

B6 does fly JFK-HOU and BOS-DFW. Texas is solid Red. I wouldn't expect BNA from B6 given that it has a huge WN operation, but B6 could have attempted MKE with BOS-MKE, where WN inherited/transitioning FL to WN, but won't defend it as much.

no way WN does BOS-SFO/LAX/SAN flights and can't really see a market for BOS-ABQ. Originally Posted by N830MH

WN loves the short hops over the transcons.

I forgot that WN pulled BOS-PHX. I guess you're right. They don't wanna do TCONs anymore.Originally Posted by haddon90
