i can't find any recent reviews on this lounge
https://www.loungeclub.com/en/our-lo...ge-detail/RDU2

Can anybody help with some info including snack options on a typical peak hour evening

Thx

I haven't tried that one, but I really like The Club at ATL. Here is a link to the description of that lounge. The snacks there are what I'd call "heavy hors d'oeuvres," and there's a pretty good complimentary beer/liquor selection.

I have visited this club several times. There are usually no more than 2 or 3 people in the club when I have visited. Please note you will only be able to access the club if you are flying Southwest since they are the only occupant of terminal 1.

The snacks are usually the same and consist of chips/cookies, prepackaged cheese and granola bars.

Closing

In conjunction with the closing of the old section of Terminal 1, The Club at RDU will be closing at the end of business on March 1, 2014.
We appreciate your patronage and apologize for any inconvenience.

That makes sense, though now I almost wish I'd visited it when I had the chance.

Well, I found out for sure its closed…traveling with my granddaughter on WN this weekend. Closed. No signage. Just looked doors. Very frustrating. Not because of the lounge itself-which I liked, but because that terminal has ZERO family bathrooms. Makes it very difficult for me to get my three year old grand daughter into a restroom before getting on the plane.
