Beginner skiing in Chile or Argentina

I'm planning a trip in July-Sept of 2017 to ski in S America , Chile or Argentina. So would like to start preparing to use miles if needed.

I am looking to see what final airport I should fly into (other than SCL , EZE). I am comfortable on the "green" slopes in the US and would like a resort that has a lot of natural powder.

Actually, SCL is your "final airport" for some of Chile's skiing.
