Assistance for Cartagena accomodations
My partners' brother just asked for assistance for a trip from BGA to CTG to attend the International Film Festival as part of his cinema studies.

While they have free festival passes, they have to figure out their own flights and accommodations. Of course, Mauricio has passed this onto me...
His brother is willing to stay in hostels if that would keep the cost down.
He would be travelling March 10 - March 20.
Anyone have any cheap / safe lodging accommodations in Cartagena that would be near the film festival?
I am not sure if it is even possible to get a package deal that would cut costs down.
