Locking bags while travelling by air in Colombia

I am wondering if there are any regulations concerning locking hold baggage while travelling in Colombia. Are you allowed to do that? I realize that bags may be subject to search even just before boarding at Bogota. Are there any official regulations about it - e.g. TSA-locks are approved, others are not? I couldn't find any information online. Thanks.

No, you can lock whatever you like in Colombia. If DAS or whoever wants to have a look in your bags, you are actually pulled out on the way to boarding your plane where you can unlock it for them.
