Decent smoking room on the second floor (food court and lounges) of departures, at the far end. Free Micro USB, lightening and wireless chargers in the room.

If you are a gambler as well as a smoker, you will find a small branch of the Municipal Casino on the bottom floor after Security and it has a smoking booth right inside the door.
