KQ reporting FF miles timely or at all?

KQ reporting FF miles timely or at all?
Is anyone else having this problem? I fly AMS to EBB or NBO fairly regularly. Sometimes the flight is KLM, sometimes KQ. I always make sure the record locator has my DL FF (I'm Delta Platinum/Skyteam Elite Plus). The KQ flights aren't getting reported, and neither DL nor KQ has been remotely helpful in getting these WBC miles reported.
Any thoughts about how to get this fixed. It amounts to a lot of miles.
