DL/CO dont have any angled lieflat do they?

what about AZ?

i believe DL's new flatbed (first type) is only on JFK-BOM so far.

You're correct. DL/CO have recliner seats. On the 767s, DL seating config is 2-2-2 while CO offers 2-1-2 and a much wider seat.
