Flying Blue Silver - Free upgrade to Comfort on Delta flights
I'm a flying blue silver member. I frequently fly on Delta, mostly between Canada and the US. My flights are usually cheap economy seats, booked by my employer.
I've usually been able to choose economy comfort seating on my Delta flights, though - free of charge. This would also give my SKY (priority) boarding.
However the last couple of times, I've only been able to choose preferred seating. And was given Zone 1 for boarding. There were available comfort seats online, but for a fee.
Did Delta change their policies on flying blue silver members?
