Delta Skymiles When Flying Aeroflot?

Aeroflot flights are so dirt cheap! Do you get Delta Skymiles when flying Aeroflot, since they're both Skyteam?

Yes, depending on what the booking code for the ticket is, you'll get either 100%, 75% or 25%, plus Medallion mileage bonus:

I flew them in March of this year from Shanghai to Madrid. Not too bad. The plane was quite new and clean. The service was adequate with unfriendly attendants. The other downside was that from Shanghai to Moscow, the flight is dry! (no alcohol)

The miles were credited within 7 days to my DL account.

In general: any flight on any Skyteam ticket on a plane operated by any Skyteam airline gives miles in any Skyteam Frequent Flyer Program (provided the flight is not too cheap, in which case some Skyteam Frequent Flyer Programs give no miles).

I flew them SVO-DEL-SVO earlier this year. Other than the fact that it was on IL-96, everything was pretty good.
