VAT included or not?
I am an Israeli citizen thinking of renting a car in Israel in December. On the website, it says in one place that Israeli citizens must pay VAT but tourists don't have to.
Yet on a separate page it says, "Total prices inclusive of taxes and further fees". As VAT is a tax, does the total price shown for my rental include it or will there be an additional 17% charged?
