Rental in Lisbon

Rental in Lisbon
we will be renting from Sixt for our first time, in Lisbon, Portugal.
They have two offices, one at the airport, the other just off the airport.
Any experience as to which one we should rent from? they look very close to each other, but we dont know the area. The airport one is open 24/7 while the off site one is closed weekends (but we wont be picking up or dropping off then, so it shouldnt matter)
im just concerned about lack of cars etc if the off site place is smaller.
we are theoretically renting a bmw 3 series
