National Exec or SPG Platinum for Match to Sixt Platinum?

National Exec or SPG Platinum for Match to Sixt Platinum?
Can I match my National Exec or SPG Platinum to Sixt Platinum or will I just get gold? My airline statuses aren't listed in their drop down menu.

You can match using you exec elite. I just did this. Take screen shot of status on the national website then send over to Sixt where they will issue you a platinum card
