MB E350 Convertible

I've just booked a MB E350 convertible at LAX. Does anyone know what are the probabilities to have the 2015 model, or even a BMW 4 convertible? At the website this model is shown as the example.

Hi,

I have booked SFAR (Ford Explorer, Hyundai, Volvo XC70, Chevrolet Traverse) for a two week trip from Sixt LAX. Was wondering what they had in there fleet there and what my options may be. Was hoping for the new Ford or Chevy Traverse...

Also would all of the cars in this category be big enough for 4 people, 4 suitcases and 4 hand luggage suitcases?

Thanks in advance
Kish

What deposit does LAX usually pre-auth to your credit card for a pre-paid reservation for a top category rental?

Good question, didnt think of that on my Prepay PCAR for April.

I know when I rented a Camry in Orlando last year, they put a $200 hold on card, and it was not a prepay. So wonder how prepay works for those deposits.

Hats off to the staff at Sixt LAX so far. Got a nice upgrade to a couple of month old BMW X3 booked as PFAR. Have a 29 day rental so makes a huge difference.

Pick up was fine, not difficult if you follow the instructions. The guys at the garage level were really helpful and there was no hard upsell on extras.

Saw a brand new mustang there and a corvette. Also pretty much one of each type of SUV. All looked in excellent condition

Cheers

Was the mustang a coupe or convertible? Any idea of the trim level?

I heard from other sixt renters that they put a 500$ hold on your cc until the car rental has been dropped off. Has anyone had any experience with this? TIA

They put a $2K hold on mine. But then... they also gave me a Corvette Stingray. Look who's *not* complaining

It should be XFAR. This is for the GL 550 right? If you book XFAR, take the Escalade though in my opinion. More features
