Hi Gary,

Firstly, thanks for making yourself available on this forum. Another reason that I love Sixt!

I have booked an FDMR at Madrid in early March. Do you know what that class consists mainly of - Mercedes, BMW or Audis? Is there any way you could attach a request for a 3 series?

Thanks

I have had great rental experiences with Sixt in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, and I had exceptional service from your agent Donovan in Orlando this week. Keep it up!

Sure we can, can you send me a private message with your reservation number. As always I can not make any guarantee, only a commitment to improve your chances of receiving your preferred vehicle.

Best regards, Gary

I was owed some good-will from a bad rental experience before, so I replied to the CS representative I was dealing with last time to add this request. Thanks, though

Hi Gary,

I'm looking at renting a convertible for a day from Palm Beach International in June. I'd be obliged if you could perhaps advise as to the odds on getting a Mustang in the STAR class as opposed to a Chrysler 200. I know you guys can't guarantee but if I ended up lumped with a 200, can I upgrade to a PTAR or XTAR on the day?

Thanks
Ferg

Sixt - Any Questions?

I'm renting from Germany and see that certain clases are starred as Premium class. What does that mean?

We have very few Chryslers so you are most likely get a Mustang or Camaro. If we have available a XTAR or PTAR at the time of your arrival we would be more than glad to offer you the option.

Make a note of your preference on the booking and you can send me the reservation number in a private message. As you said, no guarantees but I can improve your chances ( which are already good to be fair ) Gary

Thanks.

On the My Sixt page, I see
Status rentals from 18.02.2012 until 16.02.2013 ¹: 3
Rentals (Premium rentals) from 18.02.2012 until 16.02.2013 ²: 0
What is a premium rental and anything special if a certain threshold is met?
