Hi Gary,
Firstly, thanks for making yourself available on this forum. Another reason that I love Sixt!
I have booked an FDMR at Madrid in early March. Do you know what that class consists mainly of - Mercedes, BMW or Audis? Is there any way you could attach a request for a 3 series?
Thanks

I have had great rental experiences with Sixt in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, and I had exceptional service from your agent Donovan in Orlando this week. Keep it up!

I was owed some good-will from a bad rental experience before, so I replied to the CS representative I was dealing with last time to add this request. Thanks, though

Hi Gary,
I'm looking at renting a convertible for a day from Palm Beach International in June. I'd be obliged if you could perhaps advise as to the odds on getting a Mustang in the STAR class as opposed to a Chrysler 200. I know you guys can't guarantee but if I ended up lumped with a 200, can I upgrade to a PTAR or XTAR on the day?
Thanks
Ferg

nothing
it is marketing.
chances of getting a BMW may be a bit higher which are exceptionally good equipped.

Make a note of your preference on the booking and you can send me the reservation number in a private message. As you said, no guarantees but I can improve your chances ( which are already good to be fair ) Gary

We have very few Chryslers so you are most likely get a Mustang or Camaro. If we have available a XTAR or PTAR at the time of your arrival we would be more than glad to offer you the option.
