Quiet places to see in Singapore over Chinese New Year?

I realize the ridiculousness of this inquiry, yet I will make it anyway.

My girlfriend and I arrive in Singapore tomorrow for a one day visit.

Staying near Orchard Road.

Tomorrow is Saturday and the heart of Chinese New Year week.

will there be any interesting attractions not overrun with crowds and screaming children?

We’ve been to Marina Bay Sands already.

Thanks.

Haha, thanks. We did some shopping on Orchard Road in the afternoon. Busy but tolerable. Then we actually went to Sentosa Island to see the aquarium. Crowded but tolerable at that time of day.
