There are some clean but basic hotels (without pool) - for very cheap (hotel 81 chain and fragrance chain) if you actually just want a place to sleep and spend the rest of the time actually exploring the city. Of course there are lots of others in all price ranges too - depends on what you plan to do.

There are transit hotels with a proper bed that you can rent a block of time.
Most lounges will have lounge chairs, whether they are suitable for "sleeping" will depend on the individual.
