Is my timing okay? [SIN connection]
I will be arriving in SIN on April 1st from HND @3:15PM
My next flight is same day from SIN to KUL @6:10PM
Is this enough time for me to go through Custom (if any) in SIN and re-enter Custom to depart to KUL
HND to SIN is via Singapore Air
SIN to KUL is Malaysia Air.
Is 3 hours doable in terms of collecting my luggage and then check-in luggage for the departure?

There is still some risk if the first flight is delayed but 3 hours at SIN shouldn't be an issue at all for you.

LE wants to know if the tickets were purchased as a single trip thus having one PNR or if the tickets were purchased as two separate trips.
If purchased as one single PNR, the airlines are almost certain to put you on another flight if you miss your connection, much less likely to if the tickets were purchased separately.

Why do you need to go through immigration, customs, and collect checked bags? AFAIK SQ and MH still interline, so this could mean that you have separate tickets.

You'll be fine if your flight arrives on time, or up to ca 90 minutes late. Any more and it's anyone's guess. I find SIN to be super-efficient, so you should be okay unless your inbound flight is significantly delayed.
