Welcome to Flyertalk Joseph Chin.

We've relocated your post to the Singapore [Destination] forum as this isn't applicable to a single carrier.

I don't know what you consider cheap, but look at the airside transit hotels at SIN.

If you have a tent, you can rent a place at East Coast Park for that amount.

Sorry, nothing cheaper than that.

Nothing under $25. Either pay for the airport hotel, buy priority pass lounge access, or just look for one of the many public rest areas that have recliners.

If your budget is really $25 then you're better off just resting in the terminal.

Changi Singapore has possibly the most rest-friendly terminal in the world with lots of reclined lounges and day beds and many quiet areas, nooks and crannies. You'll see people sleeping everywhere.

Most lounges close after their last flight leaves, eg Qantas lounge.

Krisflyer Gold lounge opens all night but they have no beds. You can pile the chairs together to make a lounger but its uncomfortable. I've done it.

Try : https://www.myaerotel.com/

US$25 ? Really ? I think that's the cost of a beer.

Cheapest (ie, free) is to wait for a passenger eligable for a guest (ie, Star Gold, One World Sapphire, etc.) in front of "your" lounge, and ask nicely if he could bring you along

You aren't going to find a proper hawker centre in the airport.

Fully agree. If finances are tight the terminal at Changi is a great option.
