Best "Value Hotels" in Singapore

Best "Value Hotels" in Singapore
Hey guys,
I am going to Singapore for a week this summer and I wanted some recommendations for the best "value" hotel around 150 USD per night, can go higher or lower depending on value.
I also have over 100k IHG pts and I intend to use them on either the Holiday Inn Atrium or Holiday Inn Clark Quey.
Since I don't come around to Singapore often, I was thinking about staying a night at Marina Bay Sands....
Are there any recommendations?
