The seatguru likes anything except rows 12 and 14.

Definitely bulkhead - much less enclosed feeling. 11 or 14 A or K.
My trip report - Singapore new first and business class, plus a medley of 12 F & C SQ flights - may be of some interest.

Agree on the bulkhead seats for the 300ER. As there are no seats in front of you, you get the full width ledge in front instead of only half in the other seats. This makes the full bed almost similar to the F seats.
Another thing to note for the bulkhead seats is that the AVOD screens are mounted slightly higher than the other seats.
Finally, there is also no underseat storage for the bulkhead seats, so you may need to stow your stuff in the overhead bins, which are only in the sides. There are no overhead bins in the centre.

11A is my favorite. The wall-mounted monitors pivot so you can move them up and down depending on your recline. You're first to be served. There's plenty of room and with no seats in front of you, it's easy to step over the aisle seat if they are sleeping. Wouldn't sit anywhere else.

The new Business Class seats are only available on SQ 777-300ER, which is shown as 77W, and hopefully soon when A380 is in operations.

12K isn't bad, but 11k is better
Sat in 12K for the SFO-SIN run, and it is good. But there is no window directly to look out (it's positioned farther forward), and there is no ledge directly in front of you to prop up your legs. If you are sitting, you have to angle your legs to the right.
Also, the tray, while large, isn't centered in front of you.
11K is great for the reasons mentioned. There is very little activity and commotion as you are at bulkhead with First Class partitioned off with a thick curtain.
On another topic, I was a bit surprised to see how much the these pods have worn down in just 7-8 months. A lot of wear on the leather trim (not the seat) and some ill-fitting pieces.
