kyo kaiseiki is awesome!
Wish they offer it on J for every flight.
I would pick that every single time.

Does SQ implement minor changes to it periodically?
Yes the items vary seasonally.

Flying SIN-HKG in Suites soon on SQ860. Any recs on what to get for BTC? Also, does anyone know if they only serve breakfast foods in the lounge since it's morning flight?

Not a lot of info on ex-SFO BTC in J for SFO-SIN (newer route, so understandable). With the options below, I'm leaning to not ordering in advance. Bad idea?

However, flying J SFO-SIN in a couple months and options ex SFO (understandably) seem less common in this thread.

Brekkie...only option is "multigrain toast" (???)
Dinner...
-braised guinea fowl
-jumbo shrimps
-strip steak and roasted potatoes
-crab cake and potato wedges
-braised beef rib
-steamed fish roll with ham
-chicken rice
-pan fried halibut
-stir fried mussels

Leaning toward shrimps, steak, crab cake, or halibut. But frankly, nothing really popping out at me. Anything stand out to you guys either negative or positive? Might just go with onboard menu.

Refreshment...no options

It's been my experience that as soon as you're booked (and minimum 24 hrs before the flight for BTC) you have access to manage the booking, including BTC (but I haven't booked flights months in advance either).

Thanks guys! My flight is early next year, I guess I just have to be patient and wait a few more months.

I booked a June '17 departure in August '16 and I don't think it became available until approximately January '17.

I've got a flight in October, just checked and Book the Cook is available now

Oh, the choices, the many, many delicious sounding choices....
Current selections :
HKG - SIN : Lobster Wonton Soup
SIN-FRA : Peranakan Itek Siow and Nasi Lemak
FRA-JFK : Boston Lobster Thermidor and Suckling Pig in Beer sauce

Impressions, comments, suggestions? It really is hard to choose
