Hello,
I booked SYD-SIN-HKG in First before the change that ends the 15% discount. If I need to make a change and Miles Saver space is available, will they let me keep my discount?

If it's a simple date change with no change in origin/destination/routing, then yes, there's no additional miles that needs to be paid.
