Opened an account a few months back to search award availability.
I've never flown SQ but have a lot of Amex MR and Chase UR points.
But most of the award searches out of SFO return only waitlist results.
Given that points expire, I never did a transfer so never WL any award.
Was getting emails from SQ for awhile, including the email about award changes, the elimination of the online award booking discount and so on.
Tried to log in again today and it said expired or canceled.
Simple enough to create an account again but this is common?
