It is open!
Across the concourse from gate D7.
I would say it is maybe 30-40% bigger than the previous lounge.
Toilets are in the lounge, no showers.
There is a bar at the middle of the lounge. Plus Singha and Asahi poured from this funny Japanese machine, something like this:
I think there are more food choices than in the old lounge.
Plenty of attendants - most likely still learning as to let me in they wrote my TK*G number on a paper sheet and wanted to see the card (I am flying in C to ICN with OZ, so in theory could get access without *G card).
Few folks looking like SQ officials.
Definitely better than windowless HKG lounge.
PS. Noises hesrd from the QR lounge next door, that is still being built.

Yes, I am just in the lounge now and can confirm they are available.
The new lounge is nice indeed, with a nice bar in the center. It is pretty empty right now. I have to say without the directions by the poster above I would have found it difficult to find. All lounge maps still show the directions to the old SQ lounge on concourse A. So thanks to the poster above for pointing me to D7!

If you have been inside - are there any lockers where you can leave your stuff?
Another question for BKK - if you already are in transit area, can you leave and go landside?

Agreed, definitely a step up. Just sad no showers there. I was hoping for a shower after a hot day in Bangkok and unfortunately had to settle for a pint of Singha instead.
